Meet Representative Manley
Born in Blue Island, Illinois; Natalie Manley represents Illinois' 98th House District. This district includes all or parts of Bolingbrook, Crest Hill, Joliet, Plainfield, and Romeoville. Natalie received her Associates in Arts from Joliet Junior College, her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Francis, and a Masters in Public Administration from Lewis University.
Prior to running for elected office, Natalie Manley was a single mom, commuting from Frankfort, Illinois to downtown Chicago every day to work overnight shifts. She soon went on to become an accountant at a private firm, later becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at a firm in Joliet. Natalie Manley also began serving as a co-host for a talk show on the local radio station WJOL, a role she still holds today. Representative Manley was elected to the House of Representatives as a Democrat in 2012, winning by over 10,000 votes.

Since then, Representative Manley has taken her experience to Springfield to fight for compassionate and responsible legislation that prioritizes social services and protects our most vulnerable citizens; Representative Manley has made it her mission to make sure all of our families have what they need to succeed.
