Community Care Program
Aimed at assisting seniors in maintaining their independence, the Community Care Program helps senior citizens who might otherwise need nursing home care to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Services include comprehensive care coordination, adult day services, in-home service, emergency home response services, and automated medication dispenser service.
Illinois Aging Services
Illinois Aging Services is a non-profit organization of professionals who work in the field of Aging Services. Their purpose is to assess the needs of older adults and their caregivers, assure continued access to needed services, and offer education to service providers. Their extensive database covers over 200 service categories, making resources about aging services efficient, reliable, and accessible.
